Current State of Affairs | 26 - 10 - 07

Duplicate was over as soon as Random moved to London. Perhaps the future holds potential, but nobody really knows if that is true. I have pictures somewhere that I might put on this website at some point. I have a live performance of us on DV tape where you can watch us trying to figure out what's wrong with our rig that I might release if anybody shows interest. I have an unreleased album that I might put up for free. I have a bunch of snippets and fragments from jams. Hell, I have iffy recordings of our live shows that I recorded using the machine that was also my instrument. Maybe I'll flesh out this website in memory of Duplicate. Either way, if anybody has any interest in buying a copy of Lua, shoot me an email at Skodnoise@gmail.com and I'll get one to you. Also, watch closely, I'm almost done with my solo record. Shows, Updates and Insanity | 09 - 02 - 07

I really need to update this website more often. So here's the news as of now. We played a show the 29th of January at Chain Reaction in Anaheim and it went EXTREMELY well. Unfortunately the crowd wasn't quite the size I was hoping for, but the people walking in the door were dancing so that is quite a good sign. So as I type this I'm in the process of making this a real website and soon I hope to offer more functionality than our Myspace page has. In other news, we are playing another show at Chain Reaction next Thursday, the 15th and will probably go on either second or third so be there by 7:50 at the absolute latest. If you know me in person you can get the tickets from me for $10 or you can buy them here for half of your soul. In the event that you don't want to pay to see us with your first born, and you don't see me in person on a regular basis, you can buy tickets at the door while the show is going on. Other than that, I'm looking at a few more venues and new methods of promotion. I'm still considering pressing 100 or so copies of Lua and selling them for a few bucks a piece, so stay tuned for more on that. Well that's about it, we are tenatively scheduled to perform at Foothill High School on March 16th but I'll post more about that when we get closer. Stay cool Duplikits. -skød

A new direction is being persued and we are trying very hard to get booked. We've had a couple of very productive jam sessions and intend on performing live in that manner with some sort of visual component. More information will be posted soon when we have a gig lined up. Also, I'm planning to flesh this site out a little more so hopefully there will be content to enjoy in the near future. Stay cool.
